Patsy Chlouber, 76, passed away with family by her side, on Sunday, December 29, 2024. 
She was born on March 31, 1948, in Memphis, Texas, to Edmond and Emma Jean Mandrell.
She grew up in Mountain View, OK and attended Mountain View school. She married Vernon Chlouber of Carnegie, OK on July 16, 1965, at the Carnegie Church of the Nazarene. They moved to Anadarko shortly after getting married and built their life at the same address ever since.
She worked at Sunset Elementary as head cook and retired after working there for 24 years. She loved reading, visiting with family and friends, playing with her grandkids and had an extra sense of love for her great-grandkids. Anyone who knew her would know what a great sense of humor she had and that she was always being onery. She loved going out to the farm checking cows and hauling hay with her husband and family. She was a loving, dependable, and devoted wife, mother, and nana who left a legacy of love and humor to both her family and friends and will be dearly missed.
Patsy is survived by her three children: daughter, Patricia Millwee and husband, Mike, of Apache; daughter, Tammy Muncy and husband, Bill, of Fletcher; son, Michael Chlouber and wife, Sheri, of Carnegie; six grandchildren: Ashleigh DeMarcus and husband Shane, Kristen Davis and husband Richard, Wyatt Chlouber, Jace Millwee, Brooke Chlouber, and Megan Chlouber; four great-grandchildren: Reed DeMarcus, Reese DeMarcus, Camden Davis, and Kyson Chlouber. She is also survived by a brother, Eddie Lee Mandrell and wife, Becky, of Mountain View, and sister-in-laws: Mary Chlouber, of Minco, and Erma Cargil of Yukon, as well as by numerous other family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by husband, Vernon Chlouber; father, Edmond Mandrell and Mother, Emma Jean Horschler; father-in-law, Clarence Chlouber, and mother-in-law, Eula Chlouber, and brother-in-law Sylvan Chlouber and sister-in-law Norma Simmons.
Visitation was held from 1-8 p.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Ray & Martha’s Funeral Home in Anadarko, Oklahoma.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Friday, January 3, 2025, at the First Church of the Nazarene in Anadarko, Oklahoma.
Interment was in the Carnegie Cemetery in Carnegie, Oklahoma.
Services were under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home of Anadarko, Oklahoma.
